    We start with a full 90-minute formulation session to map the terrain — goals, blocks, symptoms, and stress points — and then we get to work. Ten weekly 75-minute sessions to shift the patterns that keep holding you back, plus a final 90-minute review to consolidate gains and set your next direction. Message support between sessions (as agreed) keeps you on track and connected.
