Go Beyond Limits

Clinical Psychotherapy for performance

Clinical Expertise Meets Athlete Determination so You Can Go Beyond Limits

Performance Psychotherapy is a full-system shift. We get into the patterns, the symptoms, and the choices that shape how you show up in training, recovery, pressure, and everyday life. You’ve probably worked with a sports psychologist, a PT, a nutritionist, maybe even a therapist. But what if the breakthrough you’re looking for isn’t in one of those lanes but in the way they all come together? My work is rooted in deep clinical expertise and my own lifelong experience as an athlete. When you're ready for something deeper, I’m here.

Performance Psychotherapy Client Reviews

  • When I started working with Cherrie, I was a boxing coach for many clubs, and now I know which tracksuit I'm in. It's my own one. I know which boxers to coach. I know that they're up and coming, and I know with absolute certainty where to put my energy. This doesn't just translate to the success that I'm having as a coach. This translates to the success that I'm having in all of my relationships, my personal relationships, my relationships with my parents, my relationship with my son, and also my relationships with finances, the abundance that's around me in all which ways is really left me holding all of the medals.

  • After my cancer diagnosis and treatment, I thought that my athleticism would be affected forever. Working with Cherrie means that I've got back to a level of fitness that I never saw coming. Even though I've gone into early menopause, I am able to set goals, reach those goals and exceed them. I I am so happy to have recovered and recovered my love for myself, my body and my sport.

  • I used to play football because I was good at it. I've always played, and I've always enjoyed it, and always showed up training Saturdays, being the best version of myself. So I thought from working with Cherrie, I now own it. I own my training. I own my game. I own the pitch. I own my position, and we worked hard to get the results that we got last season, going into next season, prepped and ready and have done the work, the communication I have on pitch with others has been mentioned, time and time again, and I'm now proud to take my team up to the next level as captain.

This isn’t talk therapy or mindset coaching. This is full-system.

This is physical, emotional, energetic, unconscious. It’s about showing up raw, real, and ready to dig into the stuff that actually moves the needle. No fluff. No pretending. No performance. Just you, as you are, and the work that needs doing.

What We Do

Drop In

We start with what’s really going on - not just the symptom, but what’s beneath it. Injury, burnout, fear, fatigue, self-sabotage. We map the patterns. We name the blind spots. You get seen, fully. No performance, no masks. Just truth, traction, and a plan that makes sense in your body.

Dial It In

You get a tailored approach that hits every level - physical, emotional, energetic, practical. We build a plan that fits your life and pushes your limits, without breaking the rest of you. You’ll train smarter, recover deeper, and show up harder, without losing yourself in the process.

03

Level Up

Week by week, session by session, your system starts to shift. Old patterns lose their grip. Symptoms make sense. Performance rises and it feels different. Cleaner. Sharper. More you. You stop surviving your sport and start owning it with a therapist who’s got your back every step of the way.

The Performance Pyschotherapy Approach

I built Performance Psychotherapy for the Athletes & Performers. Those who are under pressure, hitting the same wall and keep pushing through it.

This work goes deeper. We look at what’s underneath the pain, the injury, the burnout, the sabotage. We track the patterns, not just the symptoms. We get clear on what’s actually playing out in your system and why it keeps repeating. Then we start to shift it, properly.

I bring clinical psychotherapy, somatic training, and years of experience as an athlete. I know what it’s like to train hard, compete harder, and still feel like something’s off. I know what it’s like to chase performance at the cost of everything else. I also know there’s a better way.

"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." - Michael Jordan
